• Delivery address
• Order details (the items you bought, any personalisation text, and order status)

How we use it

• To process, print, fulfil and ship your orders.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To send required order-related communications, such as confirmations, dispatch notices and tracking updates.

Payments

Payments are handled securely by our payment partner, Cashfree. We do not collect or store your full card details on our own systems. Cashfree processes your payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

Cookies & local storage

Your shopping cart is stored locally in your own browser using localStorage so your selections persist between visits on that device. This data stays in your browser; you can clear it any time through your browser settings.

Data sharing

We share your information only with the parties needed to complete your order — namely our shipping/courier partners (to deliver your parcel) and our payment processor (to take payment). We never sell your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfil your order, provide support, and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. When it is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by us. To make a request, email support@namma3d.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some information may be retained where we are legally required to keep it.
