Returns & Refunds

Namma3D products are custom 3D-printed to order, and some are personalised for you (for example, Name on Pencil). Because each item is made specifically for your order, returns are necessarily limited — but we always stand behind the quality of what we ship.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you.
- Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- Email support@namma3d.com with your order id and clear photos showing the problem (and the packaging, if it was damaged in transit).
- Once verified, you can choose a free replacement or a full refund.
Personalised items
Personalised and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective, since they cannot be resold. Please double-check spelling, names and any customisation details before you place your order.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days of approval. The exact time to appear in your account can depend on your bank or card provider.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before the item enters printing. Once printing has started we cannot cancel, because the item is already being made for you. To cancel, email support@namma3d.com as soon as possible with your order id and we will confirm whether the order can still be stopped.
