These terms govern your use of the Namma3D website and your purchase of our 3D-printed products. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Overview & acceptance

Namma3D sells 3D-printed products made to order in India. By browsing the site, adding items to your cart and placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and are shown at checkout. Prices and product details are confirmed by our server at the time of checkout — the amount you pay is the server-authoritative total, which prevails over any cached or previously displayed figure. We may correct obvious pricing errors and decline or cancel an affected order, refunding any amount already paid.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Cashfree. Namma3D does not collect or store your full card details on its own systems. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully authorised.

Made-to-order & lead times

Items are printed individually after you order, so a short processing window applies before dispatch. The lead time for each product is shown on its product page. Estimated lead and delivery times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping

Shipping timelines, tracking and international-order requirements are described in our Shipping policy. International orders require prior confirmation and may carry an additional shipping charge.

Returns

Because items are custom-made, returns are limited. Damaged, defective or wrong items are covered as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Intellectual property & custom designs

All site content, product designs, branding and the Namma3D name remain our property or that of our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. If you submit text or details for a personalised item, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they are not unlawful or infringing; you remain responsible for the content you provide.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Namma3D is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its “last updated” date, always applies to new orders. Please review this page periodically.
